Competitive Goals carefully selects, trains and instructs our coaches to execute our systematic hockey training approach. Our staff consists of qualified educators who have extensive hockey playing, coaching and teaching experience. All of the Competitive Goals staff members have either played or coached at the collegiate, juniors or professional hockey level.

Our coaches are passionate about the game of hockey and passing their knowledge on to each and every player. Competitive Goals focuses on consistent and positive reinforcement through detailed session plans. Our goal is to teach the skills each player needs to reach their maximum potential in a fun and challenging environment.

The Competitive Goals approach builds confidence and continuous improvement through repetition and significant on-ice instruction. We take great pride in our coaches’ ability to motivate both the highly experienced and beginner player in a high-impact and exciting environment that allows them to grow as hockey players and athletes.
